INFRASTRUCTURE
Infrastructure:
Hind Polymer’s remarkable journey starting since its establishment in 1980 as a small trader, exemplifies a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. In 1998, it was established as a Kismat waste supplier. Over the years, Kismat Polymer has amassed unparalleled expertise in polymer industries. then in 2007, it was established as Ekta Polymer and in 2009 as Paragati Plastic. In 2015, it became Hind Polymers, the leading manufacturer and supplier of recycling lumps and granules in Gujarat. Our rich history is built on a foundation of excellence in sorting, grinding, washing and cleaning, drying and filtering.
Compliance with Regulations:
These steps from manufacture to delivery are followed under the guidelines set by governmental bodies like GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board) and CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board). Our commitment to adhering to environmental standards and regulations. stringent environmental regulations set by GPCB and CPCB, our plastic manufacturing process embodies responsible practices. Upon cleaning dirty components with cold water, we employ meticulous filtration using fine fabric to extract contaminants, dust, and plastic fragments, rendering the water pristine. This cleansed water undergoes multiple cycles of reuse, ensuring a minimum of 10 to 12 rounds within our manufacturing operations. After its industrial uses, the water finds its purpose in agricultural applications. Additionally, we meticulously dry and store residual wet plastic scraps. Our steps toward responsible plastic production that meets both industry and environmental standards.
Washing ,Cleaning
Dirty small parts are washed with cold water to remove dirt and contaminants. This initial cleaning step is crucial to ensure the quality of the final product.
Grinding
The sorting raw materials are then transferred into the grinding machine where all scrapes are ground, dust and labels are moved from the bags and crushed into very small parts.
Filtered
After the washing and drying process, all materials are filtered by our latest extruder machine. It produces high-quality plastic lumps and granules.
Sorting
Our process starts from the collection of plastic scrap raw materials such as PP woven bags, parcel bags, super bags, kirana bags, dairy milk pouches, and other plastic waste.
Water Filtration
The water used for washing is then filtered using a small-scale fabric filter. This filter removes dust, debris, and small plastic flakes from the water, making it cleaner and suitable for reuse.
Water Reuse
The filtered water, which is now clean, is reused in the manufacturing process. This reduces water consumption and minimizes the need for additional water resources.
Multiple Reuse
The filtered water can be reused multiple times, up to 10 or 12 times, before it might need further treatment. This maximizes the efficiency of water use within your process.
End-of-Life Use
The water has been reused 10 to 12 times for the manufacturing process, and it's no longer suitable for that purpose, so it can be repurposed for farming.
Drying and Storage
Wet scraps that are leftover after the washing process are dried and stored. This step likely involves removing excess moisture to prevent degradation of the stored material.
